Our Story
Going back nearly 30 plus years, Adrian Kashey worked for a local custom builder as an apprentice/journeyman during his younger years. There he learned various skills and methods for being built around the United States from Hawaii to his native state Phoenix, AZ. While enjoying life during these years through travel adventures of boating, fishing, skiing and scuba diving.
Later Adrian established his successful contracting company Kashey Contracting Services L.L.C. Which was established in 2004 and property management company A.S.K. Progressive Properties. His vision is to grow both companies to a moderate but successful size.
Our Design Process

Research
Kashey Contracting’s process is designed to perfectly fulfill your needs with your remodel. The Initial Project Meeting is an opportunity to do just that. While meeting with all decision-makers on-site, we evaluate your property, details on the project and your expectations. It’s a win-win!
Design
Expert Kashey Contracting designers will present you with different conceptual design options from which to choose, each with their corresponding price range. Once you approve a final design concept, we provide you with a lump-sum contract and estimated production schedule.
Build
We coordinate your project with the architect, engineer and interior designer to efficiently and effectively bring your dream remodel to reality. Your project is expertly managed all the way through job completion.
